These are a few highlights from a much larger body of web design work at Facilio. Led the design of long-form SEO pillar pages, connected CMMS and sub-pages, and a self-serve Knowledge Hub for Facilio's website. The work focused on content-rich layouts that guide users through complex information, with consistent design systems ensuring coherence across dozens of interconnected pages.



Digital & Print Documents
Produced a range of sales enablement and thought leadership assets including whitepapers, brochures, and solution briefs. Designed to support both digital distribution and print, these materials translated complex technical concepts into visually compelling, easy-to-navigate documents across multiple product lines and industry segments.

Newsletter
Developed recurring email newsletter for Facilio's audience across verticals like retail, healthcare, and facilities management. The designs balanced editorial clarity with strong visual hierarchy, driving engagement through structured layouts, modular content blocks, and clear calls-to-action.
Built a component-driven newsletter design system in Figma to standardise layouts and accelerate production across recurring campaigns. Recognising the bottleneck of designer-developer dependency, I proactively led the end-to-end HubSpot template development by understanding the platform constraints, working alongside a developer, and deploying a fully functional template. Closed the loop by running a handoff session with the marketing team, covering usage guidelines and design principles to ensure long-term consistency.

Designed a suite of event materials for Facilio's industry appearances, including large-format backdrops, standees, and tent cards. Each piece was crafted to communicate product value quickly in high-traffic environments, maintaining brand consistency across multiple event themes and regional activations.
