Kissflow Homepage

Challenge

The challenge was to redesign the Kissflow homepage to enhance user engagement, improve clarity, and build credibility. The previous design, which was used from May 2023 to January 2024, lacked visual appeal and failed to effectively communicate key features and benefits, resulting in low user engagement and understanding.

Process

To address the challenge of enhancing user engagement and clarity on Kissflow's homepage, we began with user research to identify pain points and benchmarked against competitors. We developed a new visual language, and optimized content for clarity and impact. High-quality visuals, an animated product screen, and interactive elements were integrated to demonstrate features effectively. Prominent customer success stories and industry analyst reviews were included to build credibility.

Outcome

Enhanced User engagement that effectively communicated product positioning and value.

Increased Trust and boosted credibility, resulting in positive user feedback and better alignment brand with conversion goals.

Brief

Kissflow brought in a testimonal video from a company "Puma Energy" and ideally, the video needs to be distributed to gain awareness and to build trust. The video has been done by our in-house video specialist.

Kissflow Partner Program - Event

Brief

The Kissflow Partner Program provides comprehensive enablement initiatives to empower partners to grow alongside the platform. Kissflow wanted to launch this program as an event that take places in Dubai with great incentives. One of the main USP of this program is a TESLA Car as an incentive for the partner who brings up customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a visual designer for the Kissflow Partner Program, I took full ownership of creating a cohesive and impactful experience for the audience. My responsibilities spanned from conceptualizing and designing digital invites to crafting banner ads, brochures, standees, slides, and AR photobooth backgrounds. Each piece was designed to maintain consistent branding and engage potential partners effectively.


For the digital invite, I created an eye-catching design to spark interest and encourage registration for the event in Dubai.


The banner ads and standee were crafted to attract attention both online and at the event, emphasizing the program’s key incentives, including the chance to win a Tesla car.


The brochure provided detailed information about the program, benefits, and application process, ensuring clarity and accessibility.


The slides were designed for presentations, visually supporting the messaging with compelling graphics and data visualization.


Finally, the AR photobooth background added an interactive element, enhancing the event experience and leaving a memorable impression on attendees.


Through these efforts, I ensured that all visual elements were not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned to promote the program's goals and engage the audience effectively.
